Siege at St. Francis 2016
Girls & Boys Tournament Dates - 5/27/16 - 5/29/16
Registration will be Friday night from 6pm-9pm at the Arlington Avenue Fields. Please bring the following with you:
1) Copy of the roster
2) *Player cards
3) Medical release forms -THIS IS A MUST FOR ANY PLAYER COMING WITHOUT A PARENT!
4) **Waiver of Liability -for all but St. Francis teams
5) ***Permit to travel for all out of state teams
*If you would like to email over this information you may do so to email@example.com. As long as I have copies of all of this information you will not need to come Friday night to registration. Please copy the front and back of the player cards (in color please -so we can see picture). (Hint -put 8 cards on a sheet of paper copy it, then turn the cards over and copy those in the same order.)
On waiver of liability -please fill out the information.
**The manager and coach will need to sign this. You are responsible for your spectators. If there is an issue with them, it is your responsibility to control the situation, before we have the sheriff come over. Thank you!
***Permit to travel is from your state association stating it is okay for you to travel to Indiana for the tournament. ALL out of state teams must have this. Please contact your state association today to get that. It usually only takes 3 days.

Our fields are located just minutes away from fine dinning, shopping malls, beautiful hotels and downtown Indianapolis. We are conveniently located just off I-65 on the southside of Indianapolis. You will find plenty to do when you're not on the field!

There will be three games guarenteed with 1st & 2nd Place Awards in all divisions U11 and older. Under 9 & 10 divisions will be guarenteed four games and every player will receive a Participation Award.
Each team will be placed in an appropriate division based on previous tournaments and league play.
U9/10 - $500
U11/12 - $525
U13 & Up - $575
